The command above calls at3tool.exe to encode the Wav file as an At3 file and loops the whole audio file to repeat on the PSP. Replace the filenames in the command above with your filename. Rename the converted file as SND0.at3

In the rush to get back online at the moment in the repository you can only browse, view and download the themes. As promised, since now the files physically reside on the same server, it is possible to view the real images contained in the themes packages directly from the web, I hope you will appreciate the theme's new preview page of the repository. Please note that the ability to submit new custom themes (or updates to the already existing ones) is currently disabled. I'm currently working on the possibility of letting the authors to add by themself their themes into the repository following an automatic validation with a score of 100%, but it could take a few more days of work, so to avoid keeping the repository offline for another few days, I preferred to put it back online even if the function to submit new themes is not ready yet. In the meantime if you want to submit a new custom theme (or maybe submit again those ones got lost in the restore process) please send it to me via e-mail or mentioning me on Twitter (please avoid to use DMs since I have so many backlogs that I hardly ever read them) and I'll manually add it into the repository as soon as possible.
So, here's a quick list of what's still not working:Submit new themes
View tagsView the detailed validation reportSearch by tag or authorSome download link of extra files
DNS redirect to the new web hosting (so, yeah, you'll see this ugly URL for now xD)API for Custom Themes Manager app (I decided to keep them offline for now to avoid the risk of stressing the new hosting by filling it with download requests all together right away)

For any dispute about a custom theme in this repository you can use the Contact Us form to ask for details or the removal of content that, always unintentionally, may have caused you a damage in any way.The custom themes in this repository have all been checked and clean from malicious files, despite this it is still possible that you may experience some unknown problems out of our controls. For this reason please remember that you are using the custom themes in this repository always at your own risk. The custom themes in this repository have been reuploaded into a Google Drive account. This brings the advantage of a direct download without speed limits but this also means that in case of downloading abuses the files may suffer the classic 24-hour suspension by Google. I therefore appeal to your common sense to avoid this from happening, so that all users could continue to use this service.Since there will be a function in PSVita DB Theme Installer 360 that will let users to download custom themes from this repository and to install them directly on their PSVita memory card, all extra files and subfolders have been deleted from the ZIP packages of the custom themes to save space. They will be still available as separate download (but they will be uploaded on Mediafire to save space on the main Google Drive account).
3- Firstly, you need to get a Blu-ray disc that is either a black Blu-ray or a rewritable Blu-ray disc and then download and run image burn to download the image burn. Click on the following link =download.
2- Now go to the root directory and install the Watchdogs theme. To download the Watchdogs Theme, click on the following link -cdn.net/PS5%20Theme%20Files.zip. Once it is downloaded, open the folder, and you will get the pre inst folder that just contains fonts, then you will also have the system ex folder. Now take these two folders and copy them directly into the root directory.
2- You can use the persistent FTP in the WebKit if you prefer to go back into the disc player to do some customs, you have to download some assets, including some pictures and also including background images for the Custom theme.
1- If your accident corrupts anything in the system directories because if you do accidentally delete a critical operating system file, then you will not be able to boot back into your PS5, which is very scary when that happens if you accidentally do that to fix it, all you need to do is head to a website: -firmwares/ From here download the firmware version that your PS5 is currently. 2ff7e9595c
